About the Event

The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali is one of the original written texts on yoga, where Patanjali breaks down the yogic journey into 8 steps or 'limbs', each limb builds upon the previous to guide the aspirant along this journey.  It may surprise you to find out that physical yogic postures or 'asanas' are actually the 3rd step of eight.  So, what preliminary steps have we skipped and how may it benefit our physical practice by looking into them.  Furthermore, what is to follow, how can we develop past the postures to explore all that yoga has to offer.

Come along for a 1 hour chat about the others sides of the practice and see how we can best develop in the art of Yoga!
